Broulee and South Coast Tourist Attractions

The beaches and unspoilt bushland of the New South Wales South Coast are only a couple of the things you can see while enjoying your holiday at Broulee.

Watersport
Of course one of the main reasons for coming to areas like Broulee is to enjoy the water. Broulee has two large beaches suitable for the whole family and there is a clean tidal lagoon as well.

Broulee is also a popular surfing spot and for those that can't surf there are surf schools available. Kayaking is another way to enjoy the waterways - try a guided kayaking tour.

Fishing
The Eurobodalla Nature Coast is well known for its fishing and while staying at beachcombers @ broulee you wont have to go far to wet a line with bream and flathead able to be caught off North Broulee beach all year round. South Broulee beach is also good for whiting and flathead in summer.

Mogo Zoo
Mogo Zoo is committed to the survival of rare and endangered species and has many exotic animals including red pandas and the magnificent and very rare white lions of Timbavati.

The zoo is privately owned and has won many tourism awards. The Mogo Zoo is being continually expanded with new attractions and new open plains areas. The zoo has disabled access and is it is an easy walk to all areas.

Mogo Village
The village of Mogo is an old gold mining town about 10 kilometres west of Broulee. Today it features a variety of art and craft shops along with cafes, antiques, furniture and jewellery.

Gold is sometimes still found in the area, so you might like to try your hand at panning for gold while visiting this historic part of the NSW South Coast.
