All rates are based on 2 adults and include GST. Extra adults are $20 per night and extra children (up to 16yrs) are $10.00 per night.

Units 1-4 have shared laundry facilities.  From December 2008 all units are air-conditioned and units 5 & 6 have their own laundry and courtyard.  All units have the use of BBQs and lovely garden area.

Check-in from 2pm. Check-out 10am. Early check-in and late check-out can sometimes be arranged - these times can be negotiated depending upon bookings at the time.

Full payment is appreciated on arrival and can be paid by credit card or cash (Eftpos is not available).

Refunds on deposits: All cancellations (depending on season) incur a cancellation fee. No refunds on deposits for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to Easter and September school holiday bookings. No refunds on deposits for cancellations after November 30th for Christmas holiday bookings. No refunds on deposits for cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to arrival.

Hire linen is available for $15 per sheets/towel set or $30 for full linen service per stay (beds made). If you are bringing your own linen you will only need to bring sheets, pillowcases and towels.
